Orders are typically shipped using UPS with charges prepaid by Submeter Solutions. Submeter Solutions insures the shipment at replacement value.
All orders are shipped FOB Origin. Submeter Solutions is therefore not responsible for delays or lost items. A tracking number is emailed at the time of order shipment.
Orders typically ship within 1 day of receipt, but are subject to stock on hand. You will be notified if your order will take more than one week to ship.
For returns you must first contact Submeter Solutions, Inc. via phone (425.228.6831) or email (see "contact us" link) to request an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the product to us.
Please check for shipping damage when your order is received and alert us immediately so a claim can be issued right away.
Products that have been installed are non-returnable unless deemed by our supplier to be defective. Defective items will either be repaired or replaced then returned to you.
There is a 25% restocking charge on all non-installed returned items.
